Weekly Self-Reflection Prompt
- 1
Habits & Consequences:
Pause and reflect on the habits or desires that shaped your week. Which ones brought positive outcomes, and which ones pulled you away from your values? Consider the long-term consequences of repeating them.
- 2
Early Warning Signals:
Think back to moments when temptation or restlessness first appeared. Did you notice the subtle signs early enough to respond wisely? How often did you catch these signals before they grew stronger?
- 3
Cognitive Distance:
Identify thoughts that kept repeating this week. Were they simply impressions, not reality? How did you remind yourself to separate your judgments from external facts, and what freedom did that give you?
- 4
Redirected Actions:
Recall the times when urges struck. Instead of giving in, what alternative actions did you choose? How did these substitutions align with your values and weaken old habits over time?

Authentic Stoic Prompts
Guided questions drawn directly from the writings of Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and Epictetus — not generic self-help.
Multiple Journaling Modes

Four-Virtue Tracking
Every entry maps to Wisdom, Courage, Justice, or Temperance — the four pillars of Stoic character.
Chat with the Philosophers
Speak directly with Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, or Epictetus in their own voice, with real responses in their style.
Weekly Growth Summaries
A clear picture of your philosophical growth each week — virtue points, streaks, and personal insights.
